This summer my wife and I decided we had outgrown our home and chose to put it on the market in hopes of finding something more suitable. After interviewing several realtors, we found Rodolfo through a referral and knew almost immediately he was the right choice for us.

It is our pleasure to write a recommendation for Rodolfo Trujillo - Relator.
We engaged Rodolfo to help us find a new home. We wanted to move closer to our children’s school district. We provided a very specific set of criterion regarding what we were looking for in our next house. Rodolfo was very prompt and quickly came up with the short list of homes for us to visit based upon our criterion. He promptly arranged for showings to these homes, and we were pleased that he was able to so closely match potential homes with our wish list. Throughout the whole home shopping journey, he provided very deep insight into the pros and cons for each house we looked at, performed comparable market analysis for those that we wanted to make an offer on, and was very knowledgeable regarding the potential costs of improvements, upgrades, and other potential pitfalls that could cost additional money after closing. We went the route of a VA loan, and when my primary lender was providing poor service, he provided us with the name of a lender that was able to underwrite our VA loan in record time. He helped us craft an offer that was fair and equitable, and it was readily accepted by the seller. He was extremely resourceful in helping us throughout the entire home buying process, from search to final closing.
We were so impressed with Rodolfo that we decided to use him as our listing agent to sell our existing house. We were a little concerned about quickly selling our existing house as it was over 110 years old, and that it might be challenging to sell. In addition, we had a neighbor that did not take care of their house so we were concerned about losing market value. Rodolfo stepped right up in doing a comparable market analysis, and during our walkthrough pointed out which features we should focus on improving and which we could ignore prior to listing our house. He saved us considerable time and money in helping us find that sweet spot to ensure our house was sold in an expedient manner, and not cause us to go overboard with pre-sale improvement expenses. During this time, we were trying to find a dependable painter who could make some touch-up corrections to add that extra curb appeal. We were not having a lot of luck, until Rodolfo stepped in and connected us with one of his trusted contractors. This contractor did an excellent job in a very short time frame and we saved time and money from having to go with some of the alternate contractors. This just reinforced our opinion of Rodolfo’s resourcefulness as a relator. In addition, he helped us navigate around the neighbor, providing strategies to get their yard and house in a better state, and even offering to engage with him.
Rodolfo’s end results, most importantly, speak for themselves. We were able to get our house on the market in order to take advantage of the spring selling ‘rush’, and it sold within 1 hour the first day it listed, and even garnered multiple offers. This was an amazing minimum amount of time between listing and having an offer (which was over asking price) in our possession. He helped us navigate the rest of the selling process through to closing. With Rodolfo, we felt we had top-notch service, and were impressed with his resourcefulness at critical times in the whole home buying and selling process. We are sold on Rodolfo’s relator services for life!
