My goal is to give you exceptional service helping you sell or buy a home on your terms and with the least amount of stress possible. If you are looking for someone who has a wealth of knowledge in the industry and you are turned off by high pressure salespeople, we should talk. I never have my buyer clients sign any exclusive contracts obligating you to using only my services giving you ultimate flexibility in your home search. If I'm not doing my job, you are under no obligation to continue working with me. For many agents, their only goal is to "get them under contract". I believe in building a mutually trusting relationship and letting my experience and customer service help build that relationship where your goals, not mine, are central to everything I do. I have extensive experience in nearly all aspects of the Real Estate Industry with hundreds of transactions personally completed and hundreds of other transactions under management. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Minnesota and Fort Myers, Florida. I grew up in Edgerton, MN, and graduated from St. Cloud State University with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics. I also have an MBA from Bethel University. I have been a full time real estate agent/broker since 2003 and have spent many years managing other Real Estate Agents as an independent Broker
