We all spend hours outside getting the yard and garden fall clean up done. However as homeowners there is an equally important list of small maintenance items that should be completed as we ready our homes for winter. Take a look at the following checklist of fall home maintenance items that MI Homes has created. Then check off the ones that you should complete around your home.
Manage exterior faucets and sprinkler
Remove sump pump discharge hose
Replace your furnace filter
Clean filters on air exchanger
Clean or replace the core of your humidifier
